Return procedures:
At GEEKOM, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our quality control and quality assurance team inspects items before shipment.

Damaged Products on Arrival (DOA)
If you receive a damaged product upon arrival, please contact customer service within 7 days.

If both the packaging and the product are damaged:
Send photos of the items/parcels received to our customer service, paying attention to the details of the problem attached.

In case of receiving the wrong or incorrect product:
Send photos of the wrong product, especially where the labels are, and provide customer service with your order information.
Tip: Please check the contents of the package carefully before signing for receipt.
Returns and exchanges within 30 days
GEEKOM offers a 30-day return and refund policy. You can contact customer service within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, with all tags intact, and in resalable condition.
If consumers cancel an order before shipment and within 48 hours, they can cancel their orders without additional charges.
Note: If the return is not due to quality issues, GEEKOM will deduct a 5% fee (service and processing fee).

For returns due to personal reasons, the customer bears the shipping costs.

In case of computer failure, if the order is placed within six months, the merchant will bear the shipping costs. After six months, the buyer will bear the shipping costs.
Three-year warranty
GEEKOM offers a three-year warranty period starting from the day you receive the product.
Warranty exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage to the device caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or other actions not attributable to GEEKOM. If you experience any quality issues, please contact our after-sales customer service for assistance.
Return process
1. Please contact customer service for the return address. If you return the product to the warehouse without confirming with the customer, you will not be able to receive a full refund.
2. After returning the item, please provide the tracking number to our customer service to process the return or exchange. There are no processing fees for returns or exchanges.
3- We usually process the return parcel within 3 to 5 business days after it arrives.
4. If the return is due to the customer, the customer must bear the shipping costs. The specific cost will be based on the shipping company chosen.
5- If it is due to our reasons, the goods received were damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping cost for this reason.
Special notes:
GEEKOM typically returns the item to the buyer via standard shipping (with a tracking number). If you require a faster shipping method, please contact our customer service for a better solution.
recovery process
Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.
The recovery period (after the above processing time) is as follows:
Credit card: Between 7 and 14 business days
What is not covered by the refund:

Products that were misplaced or stolen

Products whose warranty period has expired

Products that have no quality problems (after 30 days from purchase)

Products received free of charge

Products repaired by third parties

Products damaged due to improper operation (including but not limited to drops, extreme temperatures, water, and improper use)

Computers used for more than six months are not eligible for return or refund. Exchanges are only available for computers of the same model.
